We use DHL to ship our orders and provide tracking information whenever available.

Order to Doorstep

Your order generally passes through three stages:

Preparation → DHL Dispatch → Delivery

Preparation

Once your payment has been confirmed, we begin preparing your order. Most orders are ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During sales events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

DHL Dispatch

After preparation, your package is handed over to DHL.

Once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking may take a short time to become active after the initial DHL scan.

Delivery

Our usual estimated delivery timeframe is 5–12 business days after processing.

Actual delivery times can vary according to destination, customs procedures, weather, transportation conditions, and local delivery operations.

The estimated delivery period is provided as a guide and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping Charges

The shipping cost associated with your order is calculated based on factors such as your destination, order details, and available shipping service.

You will be shown the applicable shipping fee at checkout before completing your purchase.

International Orders

International shipments may need to pass through customs before reaching their destination.

Depending on the laws and requirements of the destination country, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, or other applicable costs.

These charges are established by local authorities and are outside Hesperiah's control unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Customs clearance may also extend the expected delivery timeframe.

Address Accuracy

The delivery information entered at checkout is used to prepare your shipment, so please review it carefully before placing your order.

Please ensure your address includes all necessary information, including:

If DHL returns a package because the address was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Tracking Your Purchase

Once your package has been dispatched, tracking allows you to follow its progress through the DHL network.

Please remember that tracking updates are not necessarily continuous. A shipment may move between facilities without receiving a new visible update.

If your tracking information has remained unchanged for an unusually long period, contact Hesperiah Customer Support with your order number and tracking number.

Delivery Delays

We work to process orders within our stated handling period, but transportation can sometimes take longer than expected.

If Your Package Is Damaged

We carefully prepare your order before dispatch. However, damage can occasionally occur during transportation.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

2. A description of the damage

3. Photos of the shipping box or packaging

4. Clear photos of the affected item

Please keep the original packaging while your concern is being reviewed.

If Your Package Says "Delivered"

If DHL tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around your property and with household members first.

You may also wish to check with neighbors, reception staff, building management, or other people who may have accepted the package for you.

If the parcel cannot be located, contact Hesperiah Customer Support with your order and tracking details so we can help investigate.

Delivery Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Hesperiah is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order. However, once a package has entered the DHL network, some aspects of delivery are outside our direct control.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or be responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs procedures, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or unexpected carrier events.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you when a shipping problem occurs.
